Start GlassFish Server
Open View Admin Console
Open Destination Resources
Select Destination Resources menu from Resources\JMS Resources\Destination Resources
Create New Topic Destination Resource
Input JNDI Name and Physical Destination Name. Select Resource Type is javax.jms.Topic. Press Ok button to finish
